This idea was born when a 10-year-old boy moved from Monterrey, Mex to the United States. His passion for seafood, fostered by his father, was what motivated him to start this business.

Upon arriving to the Texas Valley, he was looking for that same authentic seafood flavor that he enjoyed in his childhood, but he did not find it. It was then that, as a teenager, he began with a soccer teammate, the idea of ​​starting a ceviche business.

With his father's recipe as a base, he perfected it and created something unique, designed, so that people could enjoy an exceptional flavor. For two years, he worked making home deliveries and pop-up markets, until, with the support of his family, he managed to open a food truck in McAllen Texas on November 22, 2024.

Today he dreams of continuing to grow and becoming the largest seafood chain in the Texas Valley.”
